Four Twenty, 4:20, or 4/20... Yes!

Just like the song "It's 5:00 some where". I think it is a little sad that we use a date or a time as an excuse to light up. Who are we kidding? Try to be different and don't. Make your habits positive and good, then see how far you can go. My habit... you guessed it, I draw everyday.
It does not get much better than that.

How You Know if the Vance Brand Airport Runway is Too Long.

Airports are a funny thing. No matter how long a airport has been around, people complain about them. Vance Brand has been around since the 40's (someone told me), yet people still complain about it. Hello... why did you move or build close to a airport? It's like people complaining about train noise, don't move or build by train tracks. It seems like a no brainer to me.

Something Stinks In Longmont

I've been reading a lot of complaints about skunk smells in Longmont, some are blaming it on the waste water treatment plant. I smell the occasional skunk, but other than that, I am not sure what all the fuss is about. My question is... do the skunks smell funky odors in Longmont?

Yoga In Class

When I was in school, it was called "Deep Relaxation" The teachers had us come in from recess and lay down with the lights out for 15-20 minutes, taking deep breaths and going to a "happy place". Basically, us kids were hyper and the teachers needed us to calm down. I am sure this yoga works the same way. I would have been this kid who used his yoga powers for evil.
