Heaven Fest & Kinetics Invade Wildlife Habitat.

Will thousands of people at the Union Reservoir wild life reserve for Heaven Fest and Kinetics wreck the habitat for birds and other animals. Well, it won't help them that's for sure. I think it would be funny if nature could fight back a little. Remember, to birds we are all moving targets. Don't look up, you might get some in your eye.

Puffing is Illegal!

When I read the front page of the Times-Call, I thought of smoking out in front of a store, NOT warming up your car. This seems like a frivolous law. Why not stop the car thieves, not the car owners.

Weird, Solar Power Rebates Not Good?

I don't really understand how solar power rebates are a bad thing. Get more solar power out there. That can only be good right? Not when it only benefits the few who have the money to spend on solar power. I know I don't.

Paper Promotional Characters

These guys are fun and a great way to promote darn near anything. In my opinion, everything should have a face on it. Fun stuff!

Aghhh... Not the Mega Store!

First of all, it's nice to get back into the swing of things. I had a wonderful time off. The hardest part of taking so much time of is not drawing and not checking email. At the same time it is very freeing. Any way... The big box store issue is a double edged sword. I am sure the city wants/needs the money from the sales tax, but do the small mom and pops need the competition and extremely low prices to compete against? I myself love the low prices, but hate the big stores. I love getting to know a smaller more personal shop or store, but hate the higher prices. Just like the city I guess.
