Pot Shops Beware!

Finally some regulations. I heard Dacono has 3 pot shops. 3, the town doesn't even have 3 stop lights. How could it possibly have enough chronic pain patients to sustain 3 marijuana dispensaries? I think these shops are popping up faster than the crops.

Four Twenty, 4:20, or 4/20... Yes!

Just like the song "It's 5:00 some where". I think it is a little sad that we use a date or a time as an excuse to light up. Who are we kidding? Try to be different and don't. Make your habits positive and good, then see how far you can go. My habit... you guessed it, I draw everyday.
It does not get much better than that.

No More Pot Shops!?

This one cracks me up. I always like to take jabs at Boulder. The pot capital of the word.
We really need to tax the heck out of marijuana. If we don't start now, we will miss our opportunity.

In a Haze over Marijuana Laws.

Now is the time to start taxing marijuana. Not just a little, but a lot. We could eliminate our nations debt in a matter of weeks. (ok a bit longer, but you get the idea.) Cartooning for the paper is a interesting venture. I can draw this, but showing a joint is not acceptable. Sometimes it's like finding a creative way to say the obvious. Since this is a blog, I can say what I wanted to draw. Perhaps all the people smoking the marijuana have killed all of their brain cells and are unable to understand the laws and regulations. "Dude, I don't get it" inhale "Get what?"

Can't Sell Marijuana

The idea for this cartoon came from the article in the Friday, May 30, 2008 Times-Call by John Fryar.

OK, let me get this straight, the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (who thinks that alcohol is more destructive than marijuana) wants to sell, you the public what they think is dangerous. This does not seem like an organization who has the publics best interests at heart.
