The Great Pumpkin is in Longmont

My apologies to Charles Schultz, but the Great Pumpkin is ripe for making fun of. So... How did Pete Mohr do this? I hope we don't find out it's a "Little Shop of Horrors" thing. I want to know how he moved it? Thanks for reading.

Who stole the Great Pumpkin?

OK, I need your help. If you are reading these cartoons in the Times-Call in Longmont and appreciate the focus on the local issues, PLEASE let the editor know. John Vahlenkamp 303-684-5239, or Call the TC Line 720-494-5485. You can even send an email to opinion@times-call.com or express your opinion on a Time-Call Survey. http://www.lehmanfyi.com/timescall/survey/. Bottom line is... I enjoy doing cartoons for Longmont and northern Colorado and would love to continue to do so. Thanks for your help,
Sam Wallace

Who steals a 150 pound pumpkin? The idea for this story came from a story by Scott Rochat in the Friday, October 03, 2008 Times-Call It would take a bit of planning and some man power to take a pumpkin of that size. A pumpkin so big could be called great. That's how the joke came to me. (Sorry Charles, I just had to do it) It wouldn't be funny if it weren't for you.
