The idea for this cartoon came from a story by By
Kathryn Dailey in the August 14, 2008 Loveland Reporter-Herald. Don't get me wrong, I am all for alternative means of transportation and fuel
efficiency, but street legal golf carts seem pretty dangerous to me.
